Jeff Dahlquist has always had a passion for woodworking and people. While earning his bachelor’s degree in Christian Business Administration, Jeff found himself working for a local cabinet shop near the university. The experiences he gained during that time gave him the ability to open up a small woodworking side business in 1997. While starting this business, he spent five years as a carpenter for a commercial construction company, learning even more aspects of the trade. In 2001, Jeff entered the automotive manufacturing industry, serving in a variety of roles. Over the next 19 years he became a student of lean manufacturing, earning his black-belt in six sigma as well as a master’s degree in Human Resources Development. As Jeff’s family grew and his responsibilities within the industry became more demanding, the woodworking business took a back seat for a while. However, in 2019 he reopened the business with a new vigor. He loves challenging projects that stretch his creativity and craftsmanship.
